    Echo – Carbonic Maceration Washed Gesha

    A precision-washed Gesha made with carbonic maceration in a temperature- and oxygen-controlled environment. The slow fermentation brings out stunning clarity and depth.

    Tasting notes: White jasmine, pink lemonade, ripe mango, honeycomb, orange blossom, and red berries


    Vivid – Hybrid Full Cherry CM Washed Gesha

    Vivid blends natural and washed processing: cherries are fermented whole, then de-pulped mid-process and dried as washed. This hybrid method creates a cup with vivid fruit tones balanced by clean florals.

    Tasting notes: Peach, champagne, jasmine, vanilla, apricot, lime, and honey
