    Wow! This coffee taste so good and lays itself gracefully on the tastebuds. It has such a high quality that I think it could fit amongst your competition coffee in a box. I have only tried it as a brew but I am looking forward to trying it as an espresso! Mega kaffee!!

    We're excited to introduce you to the meticulously grown coffee by the renowned producer Deiro Garcia at the Lord Voldemort farm in Pitalito, Colombia.  This time it's the super rare variety named Wush Wush situated at an elevation of 1800 meters from his farm that provides perfect conditions for producing the highest quality specialty coffee beans.

    Deiro's commitment to perfection is unmatched, and it's evident in every sip of this coffee. The beans go through a rigorous process that includes 40 hours of anaerobic fermentation at 16 degrees, followed by a 20-hour oxidation in leachates from coffee cherries for 12 hours. The cherries then undergo a thermal shock and are washed in hot water at a temperature of 65-70 degrees. Finally, the coffee is dried on canopies for 18-24 days, ensuring a rich and complex flavor profile.
