This is the idea behind Standout Coffee!
Standing in the audience looking at Agnieszka win the World Barista Championship and wanting to taste her amazing beverages.
To be able to share with you the coffee she used at WBC in 2018 is amazing.
Agnieszka obviously helped us source and choose this lot for you! Thank you Aga 😍

Processing Details
Our classic CM Washed profile, the same one that won WBC in 2018, is a style we love to produce each year. This time coming from Konga Wete this lot is very similar to the ones created in ‘18, ‘19 and ‘20.
Floral, sparkly and elegant - its elegance and structure is what makes it an incredible espresso.

Always fresh: This item contains 100 grams divided into 2 x 50 grams of whole beans roasted for filter, packed and shipped on demand for maximum freshness.

Story: Located near the Mele Village in Yirgacheffe and owned by Primrose, this station is named after the manager, Abraham from Primrose. In their first year applying CM techniques, they have produced some incredible lots that had the chance to drink over the last year.

Koke is also very close to the Konga Webanchi station, making processing logistics and the exchange of information a lot simpler. From the result of the 2020 harvest, we see spectacular potential for future harvests to come, and we know this region will continue to shine in quality.
