Panama Anthem Savage Estate Jamison Savage Natural Gesha

    Product Details

Coffee: Panama Anthem Savage Estate Jamison Savage Natural Gesha

Taste description: Jasmine floral, mango, peach, pineapple, berries, honey, creamy cocoa, and a sweet long finish.

Always fresh: This item contains 100 grams divided into 2 x 50 grams of whole beans roasted, packed and shipped on demand for maximum freshness.

Story: We have worked closely with Jamison and the team at Savage coffees for many years and are extremely pleased to release this wonderful coffee. The Anthem Natural Gesha cherries are harvested in both the regions of Boquete Valley and Volcan with elevations between 1600-1850 m.a.s.l. The coffees are sourced from producers who have excellent agronomy and harvesting selection standards. Savage Coffees collects the production from its selected producer/partners and processes these cherries using the highest standards and best practices. Cherries are quickly brought to our African drying bed system where they are sorted for the second time and mostly shade-dried for up to 20 days. This slow drying process allows the coffee grain to absorb the sweet, complex flavor profile inherent in the fruit.

About Jamison Savage: They are boutique coffee producers collaborating and sharing the common goal of elevating the specialty coffee experience from origin to cup. Their handcrafted legacy is deeply rooted in Panama’s extraordinary landscape, reflecting terroir and variety in every grain of coffee they produce. Consideration is given to improving and maximizing the flavor experience within their coffees through advanced processing techniques and uncompromising quality standards.

Savage Coffees coffees have been used to win countless national championships and regularly finish in the top 10 of the world coffee championships. They have been offered in Michelin star restaurants and showcased at elite coffee events.

This is the 4th wave of coffee, where coffee quality, creativity, and innovation intersect.
