Rocky Mountain Anaerobic Fermented Natural Processed Brown Tip Gesha
This coffee is grown high up at 1900 meters above sea level, which gives it its unique flavor. After being picked, the coffee cherries are fermented in tanks for 8 days to create a special taste. Then, the cherries are pulped and put on African beds for 30 days until they have the right moisture level of 11%. Finally, the coffee is stored in a warehouse for 3 months before it goes through the hulling process.
Taste description: Sweet apricot, fizzy strawberry lemonade, tropical fruits and mango.
