The first time we cupped Andres Guaca’s coffee was amazing!

The Pink Bourbon and Pacamara they produce at the family farm Finca Guacobia are filled with exotic fruit, wonderful florals, long & viscous mouthfeel We were totally blown away by Andres’ coffee producing skills!

This anaerobic washed pink bourbon is especially nuanced and clean. Fantastic florals and notes of plum, white grapes and young Beaujolais wine.

This coffee is also a bold step forward for us to broaden our portfolio a bit. One coffee at a time.
