It has the balance and openness we look for in a washed Colombian coffee: sweet, clean, expressive and easy to return to.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIn the cup, bright citrus and ripe stone fruit are layered with red berries and panela sweetness. The structure is juicy and transparent, with delicate florals, a silky texture and a long, refined finish. It is approachable, but not ordinary. There is a quiet precision here that speaks to both the region and the producers behind it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003ePlanadas has become one of Colombia’s most interesting coffee areas, with high elevations, volcanic soils and a cool mountain climate that allow cherries to mature slowly and develop sweetness with clarity.
