    Grown at 2,000–2,350 masl in the highlands of Guji, this natural-process coffee is now available in fully biodegradable capsules. Expect vibrant florals, crisp grapes, juicy peach, sweet citrus, and a velvety body — all captured in a fast and convenient brew.


    This is our third year sharing coffee from Mi’eessa Robe, a dedicated farmer in Sukke Qutto, Shaakiso. Working eight hectares of inherited land, he supports his family of seven with care and tradition. The cherries are processed with precision by Ture Waji and the team at Sookoo Coffee — enabling single-farmer lots like this one to shine.


    Guji remains one of Ethiopia’s most compelling regions, with high altitudes, old varieties, and ideal conditions for slow cherry development. This capsule release brings all of that to your home — full traceability, wild character, and no compromise on flavour.
