我们的烘焙方式
我们烘焙的初衷是为了保留那些让我们选择它的独特特质。
我们的目标是呈现清晰度、甜感和透明感，而非烘焙味。我们的咖啡既适合手冲，也适用于现代竞赛级的浓缩咖啡萃取。
由于每款咖啡各不相同，以下配方仅作为参考起点。请根据咖啡豆特性和您偏好的风味表现来调整研磨度和水量。
手冲配方：双重焖蒸法
一套简单且稳定的 V60 配方，旨在打造清晰度、甜感和均衡的萃取。
咖啡： 15 克
水： 250 克
水温： 93°C
研磨度： 中细研磨

0:00–0:10： 注水 50 克。

0:30–0:40： 再注水 50 克。

1:00–1:10： 注水剩余的 150 克。
目标总萃取时间为 2:40–3:00。

萃取时间： 约 25 秒
以此为起点，根据实际情况进行调整：

As always, extraordinary well done roasts. Clean and fresh set of four. Hard to pick a favourite as I haven’t fully tried all four yet but the Pacamara will be hard to beat.

I just expected more like the first I bought in your London boutique - Granja La Esperanza Anaerobic Natural. I received mostly Bourbons which as I learnt one should do with Aeropress or likewise... While Granja worked so well for my Magnifica S producing unbelievably good lattes.

The 4-coffee subscription gave options that you simply cannot buy anywhere else, at anywhere near this price. The quality of beans is fantastic. The packaging is top tier and we’ll be using them for Christmas gifts this year. It takes a very long time to arrive to Germany for some unknown reason, but that’s forgotten shortly after smelling the first beans. This is probably the first time that I’ve ever actually been excited about a coffee subscription. Everyone else seems to peddle either low quality or leftover beans to their subscription customers. This was the opposite. Well done team and excited for next round.

Absolutely One of the Best! I’ve tried a lot of specialty coffee brands, but Standout Coffee really lives up to its name. Every cup tastes incredibly fresh, smooth and full of flavor-you can tell they really care about the quality of their beans and roasting. What I love most is how clean and balanced the taste is. There’s no bitterness, just rich, natural sweetness and beautiful aromas that make you want to slow down and enjoy every sip. You can feel the passion behind this brand, everything from the packaging to the final cup feels thoughtful and precise. It’s easily one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves truly great coffee!

Peaberry. This was the highlight of the shipment. I find it to have some notes that resembles me of a medium rosts, but still with a light roast body (not weak, but elegant).
