Kashō — floral flight.

A name that reflects the way this coffee moves in the cup.

Grown at 1,950 meters above sea level at Paraíso Farm in Cauca, this Gesha is shaped by cool Andean air, volcanic soils and slow cherry maturation. The result is a coffee with a Gesha that feels light, composed and quietly expressive.
Elegant, floral, and effortlessly clean.

Taste description: A remarkable clarity and a refined, lifted structure. In the cup, you’ll find chamomile florals, layered with ripe peach and mandarin, followed by a soft citrus brightness. The acidity is medium-bright and precise, carried by a silky texture and a long, weightless finish.

Processing

This lot is produced using a carefully controlled washed process. Fermentation takes place in open tanks with continuous monitoring of temperature, pH and time — allowing the coffee to develop naturally while preserving purity and balance. No added yeast. No interference. Just precision.

The Farm

Paraíso Farm sits in the hills of Tunía in the Cauca region, where volcanic-influenced soils and steady highland climates allow coffee cherries to mature slowly. This gradual development builds the sugars and aromatic compounds that give the coffee its clarity and layered sweetness.

The farm is known for its work with Gesha genetics, maintaining several carefully selected lines to explore how subtle variations express themselves in the cup.
