We are on a mission to serve up something cool and sustainable. We take great joy in building relationships with producers who cultivates some of the most exciting, exquisite and boundary-pushing micro lot coffees. 

Needless to say, we acknowledge that the real stars behind the bustling coffee scene in bigger cities are the producers and farmers. That’s why we constantly work to cut the cakes bigger for the producers and farmers’ community, and to shine a light on their names, and their stories.

Now with hundreds of monthly subscribers and whole bunch of retail customers in over 79 countries, we are really putting that subtle life in everyone’s coffee all around the world (literally).

What is Standout Coffee's shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for our coffee subscriptions within the EU and Europe, with a delivery time of 3-5 days. For destinations outside of Europe, delivery time can take 8-12 days.

We have two different coffee subscriptions, one specialty and one competition focused subscriptions.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use Post Nord and UPS for all our shipments.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at hello@standoutcoffee.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on our coffee products due to their perishable nature. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at support@standoutcoffee.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
