    Farm: Finca Maputo

Producers: Henry Gaibor & Verena Blasser

Region: Napo, Pichincha, Ecuador – 1600 masl

    Variety: SL-28

Process: Honey with 24h anaerobic fermentation

Process steps: Selective flotation, 24h anaerobic fermentation, pulped with mucilage intact, dried on African beds in polytunnels, finished in mechanical dryer, stabilised in GrainPro bags before export.

    Cup Profile

The aroma opens with ripe red fruits and delicate florals. On the palate, notes of tropical fruit and juicy red berries lead the way, followed by layers of citrus brightness and gentle stone fruit sweetness. The honey process adds a silky body and rounded texture, balancing the acidity. The finish is long, clean, and sweet, with lingering impressions of honey and soft spice.
