Shipping & Delivery for coffee bars, offices and restaurants globally.

We process and ship orders almost every day (excluding holidays). Our coffee is roasted the day before shipping or, at the latest, within 9 days prior to shipment. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at order@standoutcoffee.com.

Delivery time varies based on the carrier and destination. While we aim for an estimated 5-7 day delivery time, we cannot guarantee exact dates.

Customers will receive tracking notifications via email after dispatch.

LOCAL PICKUP & CUSTOM SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Customers may select local pickup at our roastery during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

• International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included at checkout and may be due upon delivery.
