Grown in volcanic soil and shaded rainforest conditions, this coffee is crafted with precision at every stage—from selective picking to slow drying. The result is a refined yet vibrant cup that’s become a staple in competitions around the world.

Extended Taste Description
Juicy red apple and raspberry tea lead the cup with a gentle fruit sweetness. Fragrant jasmine florals rise in the aroma and linger through the finish, supported by bright notes of tangerine and a touch of blood orange. As the cup cools, a soft warmth of Ceylon cinnamon appears, adding a delicate spice and structure. The mouthfeel is silky and tea-like, with a refined acidity and long, elegant aftertaste.
