For the specialty subscription, we always coffees from our current lineup of specialty coffees. We also make sure that you, as a subscriber, will always get our latest releases. Find our current lineup of specialty coffees here.

Are the beans always whole beans?

Yes, we preserve the full flavor by avoiding grinding, that's up to you to grind out!

Can you gift a subscription?

Yes, just use an alternative shipping address to send beans to your loved ones.

For international shipping: Once DHL has shipped your coffee out of Sweden they hand it over to the destination country's national post service.

Shade: Native and fruit trees

Taste Description

Tropical fruit aroma with notes of melon and guava, bright citric acidity, and a long, complex finish reminiscent of Austrian orange Riesling.

Grown at the award-winning El Diviso at 1800 masl, this exceptional lot was produced and processed by our friend Nestor Lasso.

Processing Steps

Hand-selection of the ripest cherries
Density sorting using water (removing floaters)
Anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags for 24–32h at 16–17°C
Pulping and 6h oxidation, collecting the must
Second anaerobic fermentation with the must for 28–32h
Washed with hot water to remove mucilage, then cold water to halt fermentation (Thermal Shock)
Dried in marquesinas for 16–25 days depending on weather
