This gesha is produced by Wilder Lasso in Huila, Colombia and processed together with the Bayter brothers.
After harvest and a double fermented washed process, the coffee is DRIED together with MANDARIN PEEL. This means that we are releasing a coffee that scores incredibly high on all types of scoresheets - but you are not allowed to use it for competitions!

After harvesting the mature cherries, the whole cherries are anaerobic fermented for 24h. Then the coffee is hulled, and the washed coffee is fermented in tanks for another 24h. Then the coffee is dried on raised beds together with mandarin peel to enhance the aromatic experience.
In the aroma you can expect jasmin, mandarins and citra hops and in the cup mandarins, bergamot, yellow fruit with an amazing structure and remarkable quality sparkling acidity in the finish.
