For us, the answer is becoming clearer. We do not want to release more coffee simply because we can. We want to release coffees that genuinely deserve attention. Coffees with character, clarity, rarity and a reason to exist in our range.
Our role is not simply to roast coffee.
Our role is to select it.
Over the coming months, you will see this more clearly in our releases. More rare lots. More competition-level coffees. More coffees from producers we deeply believe in. More selections that reflect where we think exceptional coffee is heading.
We are not trying to be the biggest roastery.
