With Alexander's return from New York and the addition of team member Ella, we were able to focus on roasting, packing, and brewing coffee all week long. We are sincerely grateful for the flow of orders that have helped us launch into 2023.
Some of our coffees are nearing their expiration date and will soon be gone. However, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude towards Peaberry and La Estrella for their time with us. We are looking forward to welcoming you back for the next harvest season.
In the near future, a new Brazilian coffee with an irresistible taste will be arriving at our roastery. Alongside this, we will also be introducing a new gesha to our specialty selection within the next week or two. Stay tuned for this! The latest update on the competitive coffee scene is that we have roasted, packaged, and shipped the unique and super tasty Colombian gesha from the producer Wilder Lasso. This coffee expands our range of offerings as it is dried with mandarin peel, which enhances its flavor profile. Because of this, it cannot be used in national coffee competitions. It still a truly exceptional coffee with a delicious taste. If you're interested in trying it out, we are accepting late registrations of our competition subscription until January 20th. After that, we will begin preparing orders for the February competition subscription.
To wrap this week up, we are roasting and packing the last couple of orders that came. A cool little fact is that these orders came from ten different countries.
Here's the list!
- Sri Lanka
- Saudi Arabia
- United Kingdom
Have a fantastic weekend eveyone!
xoxo Team Standout Coffee
