Our new Coffee Studio is taking shape just across the street from the roastery.
After a few weeks of summer holidays, we’re finally back in full swing at the roastery. It’s always nice to get away, recharge, and step out of the daily rhythm for a while. But as the saying goes — home sweet home. There’s something about hearing the roaster fire up in the morning, smelling freshly ground coffee, and seeing the team together again that just feels right.
This time, though, coming back wasn’t just about getting back to “business as usual.” If you’ve been following us on Instagram or YouTube, you might have caught glimpses of a new adventure we’re diving into — and it’s happening just across the street from our roastery.
We’re calling it the Coffee Studio (at least for now). Think of it as part creative lab, part community space. It’s where we’ll brew and share our coffees, experiment with future concepts, test new ideas, host tastings, record podcasts, film videos, and maybe even serve you your new favorite cup of coffee. Some will call it a coffee bar — and honestly, that’s fine too.
Why are we doing this? Because coffee has always been more than what happens in the roaster. It’s about conversations, ideas, and experiences. The Coffee Studio will give us the space to create and share those moments in real time, with you.
The build has already begun. Right now it’s a mix of dust, tools, and big ideas, but every day it’s starting to take shape. We’ll be documenting the whole process — from empty shell to fully functioning coffee space — across Instagram and YouTube. If you want to follow along almost live, make sure you’re subscribed and following us there.
We can’t wait to open the doors and welcome you in. Until then, keep your eyes on our channels. The next chapter of Standout Coffee is just starting to brew.
