Many of you are trying Standout Coffee for the first time, while others know exactly what they want and are already stocking up. New releases are disappearing quickly, Christmas planning has started, and the roastery is running at full speed. We roast, pack, and ship as fast as we can. All orders from the weekend and up until today are set to leave tomorrow, and from Wednesday we’ll keep producing non-stop.
In the middle of all this, I’m excited to release a beautiful washed Bourbon from Gladys Erazo in Cutanapamba. She grows coffee and keeps bees across 1.8 hectares of shaded land near Podocarpus National Park. With careful cherry selection through flotation, an 18-hour fermentation, and slow drying on African beds, she brings out a cup that carries floral lift, bright fruit, and a clean finish. You’ll find white grape, plum, hibiscus, and honeycomb sweetness, with crisp acidity and a light, tea-like body. It’s a delicate coffee with depth that lingers long after the sip.
If you want to secure this lot or any of your favourites, now is the moment to use the Black Week offer: 4 for 3 on all jars and boxes, plus the extra 15% discount. For those who prefer taking chances, Black Friday goes live at 00:00 with 3 for 2 on all jars and boxes, and the 15% stays.
Available in 50g, 250g, and 1kg, and it brews beautifully as V60, filter, or a bright, structured espresso. All roasts work well as both filter and competition-style espresso, and coffee bars or private customers can always request more details about roast philosophy or custom roasting by leaving a note at checkout.
